Do you mean the effect in the beginning? I downloaded it off of limewire. You can just search for sound effects. DJ tools and effects. Or search the net. Preferably google search engine though.
The instruments, are soundfonts you can download from Fruity Loops site, or just type SOUNDFONTS in a search engine. such as google..
